The 4FMV team, is a team of experienced industry professionals who all have the same goals and ideals of how the staffing industry should work in a fair and open market. The management team and valued employees all believe in 4FMV's core values and follow the strict guidelines and processes ensuring that our partners receive our best efforts on a continual basis.

Management

To create change in the contract staffing industry we purposely assembled a team with not just knowledge of the industry but more importantly with experiences from outside the industry. Leveraging our management team's experience in payroll, job boards, recruiting technology and software development gives us a leg up in the industry and will enable us to deliver on our vision.

David Gammon, President & CEO

David is responsible for the vision, strategic direction and growth of 4FMV. His entrepreneurial track record and years of experience in recruitment, staffing automation and job boards has given him the ideal background to lead this industry changing company. His keen ability to focus on making his customers and partners successful is what sets him apart.

David was an early adopter of the emerging interactive recruiting industry in the early 90s and was at the forefront of web development and web-based software. Since 1996, David has been helping companies improve their hiring processes by integrating technology and interactive tools. Through his work with such industry leaders as TMP Worldwide, Monster, Workopolis and Brainhunter, David has gained extensive experience in vendor management, applicant tracking, employer branding, recruitment advertising and career site development.

Anne Johnston, COO

As Chief Operating Officer of 4FMV Inc, Anne Johnston is responsible for the daily operational activities. Her main focus is on making sure our clients experience is above expectations. This includes customer service, contract management and user experience.

Anne has more than ten years of progressive management experience in the quickly evolving web based software industry. She has managed large teams of development, implementation, training, account management and customer service staff. In her various positions including Workopolis and Brainhunter, Anne has developed a strong background in product development and customer service. Anne's natural leadership skills paired with her ability to produce concrete results makes her a strong asset in 4FMV's senior management team.
