History

Founded in in 2009, 4FMV was created by a team of experienced individuals from the staffing and recruitment world who were unhappy with the current state of the staffing industry. The industry was broken, agencies were greedy and had taken advantage of their clients and their talent for far to long. Agencies have been using the closed market to hide their over billing of clients and underpaying their talent. At 4FMV we believe that no one is served well by this model, including the agencies. 4FMV was created to give clients and candidates/consultants the opportunity to be on a level playing field with the staffing agencies and bring the words trust and relationship back into the industry.
